The Enclave property was purchased in September of 2006, by Ms. Nancy E. Feazell, her son Landon Feazell and they share it with Landon’s son Geoffrey Feazell, all of Port Orange, Florida. She personally has led a life of adventure stemming for years of service in the Pentagon as the highest ranking female in public service at one time in her career, to her first phase of retirement in the foothills of Colorado until finally settling on the East Coast of Central Florida. Landon Feazell has owned and operated many businesses throughout his career. Most of the businesses have been, providing quality and risk management expertise for the healthcare industry. He is a well known speaker and expert and continues to innovate software concepts for knowledge based solutions and analytics for healthcare quality. His current aspirations are with Q3 LLC and Q’Zure LLC as the CIO, evolving a new company Q’uture and being a proprietor of the Sunset Quay Outfitters. Landon’s life from his time at Duke University and even before has led him across the world and to some of the most precious destinations the earth has to offer in its skies, waters and traversing its land. Geoffrey Feazell is a retired commercial diver who has worked along side his father for the past 8 years. His greatest appreciations are having traveled extensively as well, growing up in the mountains of Colorado and settling in Florida. His favorite adventure has become working alongside his father and developing a truly defining father/friend relationship with Landon, being the CEO/owner of Q’Zure and their newest journey in being a proprietor of Sunset Quay Outfitters.
